![]() The music is typically instrumental, but it doesn't necessarily have to be.Įxamples of Technozen music include Gabriel Gundacker's Unofficial Wii Sports Soundtrack and Mitch Murder's Salary Man Simulator albums. Influences range from New Age music, Synthwave, City Pop, Muzak, Bossa Nova, and Latin music. It often utilizes glossy synths, highly quantized sampled acoustic instruments, electric pianos, soft flutes, and even the occasional accordion. Music associated with Technozen often has a laid-back lounge feel. The music is often similar to tracks heard in Nintendo games, particularly Wii and DS games. Unlike Frutiger Aero, Technozen has a particular style of music that goes along with it. The art style game series released on Wii, DS and GBA (only in Japan) by Skip ltd., the developer of the Chibi-Robo! series, also capture this aesthetic. ![]() Examples of Technozen style tech include the Nintendo Wii, Honda Asimo, Sony Aibo, Toyota bB/Scion xB (first gen), Nintendo DS, Panasonic Let's Note, Garakei cell phones, PDAs, Digital Ink E-Readers, and Casio Electronic Dictionaries. Smaller transistors generally mean less space and lower power consumption (and therefore, less heat output), and it is the latter that is Intel's real problem here, which is why they have started working with partners to build sub-ambient coolers for the non-enthusiast market.bThat being said, I do agree that intel seems to be in big trouble if AMD gets DDR5 support before they do, especially since RAM speed makes such a big difference for Zen CPUs.Visual inspiration comes from a wide variety of sources, but mid-late 2000s technology is a major inspiration (particularly Japanese and some Korean technology). A common misconception seems to be that transistor size is directly related to performance, and the reality is that it's much more complicated than that. While I'm currently rooting for AMD, it should be noted that Intel has been able to outperform AMD on IPC at 14nm until now, and AMD has been using TSMCs 7nm process for two generations. They have improved their cores for the next gen CPU releases but AMD is also prepping for their next CPU gen release with DDR5 support. Intel knows they're in trouble but the problem with Intel is that they're still stuck at 14nm for desktop CPUs. Using the CPU-Z Benchmark the single thread score defeats the Intel Core i9-10900K. Rjohnson11 Well I now have a 5950X and performance is just outstanding. Actually, Steve made a second video discussing it explicitly here: The memory topology configuration can add 10% to AMD's numbers, and some sites used the best memory topology when benchmarking. ![]() I recommend you watch GamersNexus because Steve discussed this a few times during his review. The problem is because of single-rank vs dual-rank memory. No, any site with a margin of error that large nobody should be reading, at all. Anyone know how this is possible? Is this just margin of error? Which is real? All reviews from reputable websites show Zen3 having better benchmarks for everything else, but gaming at 2k & 4k should be negligble, right? In this review below, it shows all available Zen3 CPUs having near equal & higher fps at 2k with a RTX 3090 than Comet Lake. Reddawne There was a review on Techpowerup that showed Zen3 getting pounced on for gaming by Comet Lake, then a week or two later they re-released an updated review saying they got alot of flack from readers and updated the review and it showed Zen3 now pouncing on Comet Lake. ![]()
